One of our most requested wedding days returns Saturday, October 31, 2026. Join RVA Civil Celebrants near Pocahontas State Park for a small, memorable ceremony tucked into the woods.
Daytime appointments are naturally lit and simple. Evening appointments become candlelit, intimate, and special while staying warm, legal, and low-stress.

Fee:
$175.00, paid at booking through secure checkout.
Date:
Saturday, October 31, 2026.
Style:
Daylight ceremonies during the day. Candlelit ceremonies after dark.
Guests:
The couple plus up to six guests.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations are accepted through October 17, 2026 for a full refund. After October 17, refunds are issued minus a $50 fee.
Couples and witnesses will be asked to walk approximately three minutes each way across lawn, pebble stone, and an uneven woodland trail with roots and natural surfaces. At your officiant’s discretion, foul weather may require the event to move to a covered deck area.
Please wear practical shoes and dress for the weather. The ceremony is brief, but the setting is outdoors.
